Shaft Women's Rights Association participated as a partner in the Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers project "Energie für Ihren Körper, optimieren Sie Ihr Leben" (Project Reference Number: 2025-1-AT01-KA153-YOU-000299912), coordinated by FI Gesundheits- und Sportverein. Held in Klagenfurt, Austria, between 21–26 July 2025, the project brought together youth workers from Türkiye, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, and Austria. Through international cooperation and non-formal learning methods, participants continued to strengthen their professional competences while reflecting on the knowledge, skills, and experiences gained throughout the mobility.

Participants explored the value of the Youthpass Certificate through a dedicated evaluation session focusing on self-assessment and recognition of learning outcomes. The eight key competences of Youthpass were introduced with practical examples connected to the project's activities. Participants reflected on their personal development, documented the competences they had acquired, and prepared individual self-evaluations that can support their future educational and professional pathways. The activity reinforced the importance of recognising non-formal learning and encouraged participants to become more aware of their own progress.

Creativity and teamwork were highlighted through a collaborative art workshop where participants designed a large collective painting representing their shared Erasmus+ journey. Using colours, symbols, and visual elements inspired by the project, each participant contributed a personal memory, lesson, or meaningful experience to the artwork. The final creation became a symbolic representation of international cooperation, intercultural friendship, and the collective achievements of the group while encouraging creative expression and reflective learning.

A comprehensive project evaluation encouraged participants to review the entire mobility experience and provide constructive feedback using digital evaluation tools. Discussions focused on the most effective learning activities, individual achievements, and opportunities for future improvement. The evaluation process promoted active participation, critical reflection, and continuous quality development while demonstrating the importance of participants' perspectives in strengthening future Erasmus+ projects.

The programme also included a meeting with project stakeholders, where participants presented the project's impact, shared their learning experiences, and discussed opportunities for future cooperation. The exchange highlighted the value of international partnerships in expanding educational opportunities for young people. A cultural visit to the centre of Klagenfurt further enriched the experience by introducing participants to the city's historical landmarks, local heritage, and natural beauty, strengthening intercultural understanding through direct cultural exploration.

The mobility concluded with the presentation of Youthpass Certificates, recognising the dedication, active participation, and competences developed throughout the project. The certificate ceremony celebrated the learning journey of every participant while reinforcing the importance of lifelong learning, European cooperation, and international solidarity. Participants returned to their organisations equipped with new knowledge, stronger professional networks, and practical methods that will contribute to healthier lifestyles and higher-quality youth work across Europe.
