The “For the Better: Sustainability” (2024-3-HU01-KA152-YOU-000267485) Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project, coordinated by Fenntartható Ifjúságért Egyesület and implemented with the partnership of Shaft Women's Rights Association, was successfully carried out in Budapest, Hungary, between 18–25 May 2025.

The programme covered a wide range of topics, including natural resources and sustainability, renewable energy technologies, sustainable fashion, recycling, food consumption, compost making, and waste management. Participants also took part in cultural evenings, stakeholder visits, and a city tour of Budapest, gaining valuable insights into both environmental issues and cultural diversity. ♻️🌿🏙️

Through workshops, discussions, practical activities, and international cooperation, participants strengthened their environmental awareness while developing important skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and intercultural understanding. 💡🤝🌱

As the project came to an end, the knowledge, experiences, and best practices gained by the participants became a foundation for future dissemination activities. By sharing these outcomes within their local communities, the project aims to inspire more young people to adopt sustainable lifestyles and contribute to building a greener, more responsible, and more sustainable future for generations to come. 🌎💚♻️
